  • Using apps to create and make videos for social media

Roles and responsibilities:
The Associate will be responsible for all of the following functions

  • Creating content for all platforms including creating short videos, reels, creatives etc.
  • Writing captions for all posts
  • Creating a Marketing & PR plan to inform and engage all stakeholders of ConnectFor. This needs to be created for all digital/ social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Building a community on social platforms and an active follower base which will eventually become users of the ConnectFor platform
  • Managing ConnectFor's Social Media handles completely (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn)
  • Designing and sharing Newsletters for NGOs, volunteers, and corporates
  • Content creation for the ConnectFor blog and other publishing platforms
  • Creating an Outreach plan to:
  • Grow our community of volunteers
  • Partner with corporates
  • Onboard NGOs
  • Carrying out a quarterly SEO audit
  • Google Adwords
  • SEO Improvement

Along with:

  • Tracking performance on all platforms, traction to the website and analyzing and recommending a way forward.
  • Garnering Corporate Interest for CSR and carrying out endtoend CSR events/engagements
  • Working with the team on any adhoc requirements
  • Liaising with the Operations team, communicating with NGOs & volunteers.
  • Liaising with the Business Development team, communicating with corporates
Skills Required

  • 2 years prior experience with digital marketing either at an agency or a brand
  • Very good content writing skills
  • Very good design skills illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw etc.
  • A good understanding of the development sector is preferred
  • Great research and organizational skills
  • Persuasive and charismatic individuals who are good at forging relationships
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Clear vision with marketing and outreach strategy
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines

Skills Preferred:

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Knowledge of the current scenarios in the development sector
  • Fluency in multiple languages
Work Hours


The Associate will be expected to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday from 9.30 am pm and any other day during events.

Associates will receive 30 days of paid leave annually.
Work location would be Mumbai.

Laptop in a working condition and great internet connectivity is required for this role.

Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
