Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote hospital services.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and initiatives that align with the hospital's goals.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and convey a consistent message.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop compelling content for brochures, newsletters, website, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure timely delivery of highquality content.

Digital Marketing:

  • Analyze digital metrics to optimize online marketing efforts and enhance user engagement.

Patient Engagement:

  • Develop initiatives to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate community outreach programs and events to promote health awareness.

Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure costeffective services.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions.

  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
