Role Description

Insourcing Inc. is seeking an Export Communication Coordinator for a full-time on-site role in Ghaziabad.

As an Export Communication Coordinator, your responsibilities will include coordinating order management related communication, managing communication with international clients and suppliers, coordinating with quality assurance department, tracking shipments and facilitating supplier payments.

Qualifications

  • Reasonable command over written English language, while being able to converse as well.
  • Passion for punctuality and ontime performance.
  • Proficiency in coordinating with various teams to derive ontime performance.
  • Basic knowledge of export regulations and compliance
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in the supply chain management is a plus
  • High school/secondary from English medium school with minimum 80% grades.
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Job description:
- receiving orders from customer and confirming the same with the vendors after price confirmations with sourcing team.
  • Sending confirmed PO copies back to customers and updating all related data int he working order databases.
  • Getting time and action calendar (T&A) from the vendors and updating all landmark dates with the team and also to the customer after careful review and ensuring the T&A complies with expected timelines.
  • Following up with vendors for the related submissions, and working closely with the quality assurance team to update submissions to the customer and communicate the approvals to the vendors in a timely manner.
  • Following up for production landmark steps as per T&A, updating quality assurance team and coordinating with them to arrange for necessary inspection visits.
  • Upon successful completion of production and passing of inspection, coordinating with the shipping team to execute shipment by facilitating required paperwork from the vendor as well as the customer.
  • Coordinating with he finance department to facilitate vendor's timely payment.
