Urgent requirement for Legal Assistant or Junior Advocate

  • Drafting and review of Petitions, Suits, Written Statements, Drafting and vetting all documents, contracts, and development agreements, development management agreements, sale agreements, IPAAs, and POAs, under the guidance and direction of senior advocates
  • Drafting and reviewing other legal documents such as demand notices, letters, letters of intent, legal notices, appointment letters, lease/sale agreements, leave and license agreements, conveyances, etc. under the guidance and direction of senior advocates
  • Liaisoning and coordinating with Solicitors, Advocates, and counselors, briefing them in the matters for pending and ongoing cases, etc. Keeping track of court dates and managing caserelated documentation and progress Representing the firm in case proceedings and in legal matters as defined and advised by the directors. Updating the Senior Advocates and Directors on the time lines and progress on matters
  • Managing and undertaking legal research as required.
  • Maintain and file all legal documents and agreements systematically for projects in hard and soft formats.
