what will you do:

- provision and manage database instances, including replication setups

  • RCA and resolve database related issues
- capacity planning to support periodic or campaigns related scale
- plan, design and implement systems for HA, including backups and DR
- identify and close security, automation and process gaps
- having over 3-9 years of DBA experience in the software industry with RDS/MySQL/Percona(5.x) and NoSQL (preferred)
- strong in MySql and also in general system administration skills in Linux
- having exposure to performance tuning, query optimization, client/server connectivity, and database consistency checks using different utilities
- familiar with AWS RDS, AWS backup, replication, and snapshot, Percona toolkit
- a good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
