We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Power BI and a strong background in data pipeline creation and data management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Power BI development and will play a key role in creating new reports, dashboards, and ensuring robust data management processes for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new Power BI reports and dashboards based on client requirements.
  • Create and manage data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow into Power BI.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, data pipelines, and data visualization.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in Power BI development and data management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and updates to continuously improve report development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including report creation, customization, and advanced features.
  • Strong experience in data pipeline creation and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in handling complex data sets and developing sophisticated data visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science or a related field.
  • Experience in a senior or lead role within a data science or BI team.
  • Proficiency in other data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data management.
  • Certifications in Power BI, AI, or machine learning from recognized institutions or platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer).
