Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering

  • Must demonstrate expertise in Banking Domain (Retail banking), complex financial analyses, regulatory guidelines

  • Strong Knowledge of FLEXCUBE maintenances set up

  • Must have experience in Data mapping and documentation
  • Extremely strong in communication skills, strong influencing & negotiating skills
  • Must have business acumen to design test scenarios and test data, considering current and future customer usability
  • Experience in working with global delivery models, leveraging cross location distributed teams
  • Able to work independently and perform responsibilities under mínimal supervision

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
