Work across OASE teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and build consensus to drive architectural changes. Specify, design and implement changes to existing architecture to meet changing needs. Lead by example, setting a clear culture of teamwork, high expectations, success, and customer focus. Develop senior-level customer & partner relationships as required. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of software engineering. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in software architecture and development practices. Provide technical leadership to others on the team.

The candidate must have knowledge and experience with:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Years of experience in software development, data modelling, & service implementation. With demonstrated experience using JavaScript, and Groovy. Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience Certification with a focus on CX Platform, Customer Data Management and Fusion Service. 3+ Years of working experience with Oracle CX implementation, data integration and support. Understanding of sales cycles and reporting to support data models, dashboard design and standard industry reporting practices. Analyzing Oracle Cloud CX / CRM requirements and use cases to identify improvement opportunities. Demonstrated ability in designing software systems involving one or more design principles. Strong interpersonal skills involving business stakeholders with an ability to think on your feet. Demonstrated ability in driving technology evangelism in software and cloud technologies.
