Business Analyst (BA) Lead – Interfaces and Connectivity

The Team:
Enfusion's Interfaces Product Team is one of multiple product groups within Enfusion's Product Development and Technology Teams.

The Interfaces Product Team focuses on building straight-through processing (STP) solutions to and from the various third-party vendors used by our clients.

Common vendors include data providers, trade affirmation platforms, fund admins, PBs, and custodians.

The Role:


Enfusion is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) Lead to join the Interfaces Product Team to help us lead and grow a team of Product Business Analysts to transform how we enable straight-through processing between our clients (hedge Funds, Institutional Account Managers for example) and various data providers - risk/affirmation/Fund administrators, etc.


What You'll Do:
Interpret product vision and define the associated dependencies and tasks to deliver against Enfusion's firmwide product roadmap and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Lead and manage a high-performing team while collaborating with local and global management to define and oversee requirements to set the team up for scale
Drive continuous improvement in the product development lifecycle, team process, and structure
Partner with internal client-facing teams, external third parties (clients and vendors), and internal technology developers to enable straight-through processing of our portfolio management solution with a perspective of incoming and outgoing data within the system and how that needs to be processed within the Enfusion system
Deeply understand both the business behind what we do and the supporting technology to specify clear requirements, design solutions, and create holistic test plans
Ensure requests from clients and internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Managers, Client Onboarding teams) are not only handled promptly and appropriately but also are answered with key insight that stakeholders can practically use
Strengthen our client and broker relationships through strong delivery, clear business communication, and setting appropriate expectations
Regularly work with the development team to help them understand what needs to be done and to provide guidance on prioritization
Work with developers, testers, and external third parties to comprehensively test new interfaces and ensure they are doing what we and the client want them to do
Become a trusted point of contact within the firm for Interface related requests
Document new developments and cross-train throughout the team and other relevant internal stakeholders about exciting product releases

What You'll Need:
12+ years of relevant product management experience with a track record of delivering excellent results
Experience working directly in a product capacity to design and implement products for Interfaces / Connectivity teams, Reference Data Teams, Trade File Testing Teams, Trade Affirmation, or Reconciliation teams
Experience leading, growing teams and taking accountability for measuring and tracking their success
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations and borders
Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize and express complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, gather data, build intuition, and develop strategy.
Highly organized, self-driven, extremely quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where they showcase critical thinking and confidence in the application of their knowledge
Ability to assess risk and blast radius to determine impact on existing workflows
Strong understanding of portfolio management, fund accounting, and cash management across a range of financial instruments including knowledge of the Pre and Post Trade Life cycle (Equities, Options, Futures, FX, Fixed Income, CDS, Total Return Swaps, etc.)
Knowledge of the competitive landscape of Saa S systems (OEMS/PMS/Accounting) that provide services to Hedge Funds and Asset Managers (the 'Buy Side') is a plus
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Able to interpret business and client requirements, and analyze the bigger picture such as downstream impacts
Experience in reading code (such as Java) is a plus
Knowledge of standard protocols like FTP, FIX, API, SOAP Swift, and experience with XML or Fp ML is a plus
