Your Role - What You'll Do

The Corporate Bank is undergoing a strategic investment to re-envision and transform the client service experience from the ground up. We will use the platform to create a modern self-service capability, integrated with our back-end processing platforms, to shorten the resolution time for issues and speed up transaction processing. The program of work has ambitious targets for revenue growth and generation and is part of some very high profile deliveries for the Corporate Bank. You will work as a cloud engineer of this critical program, shaping the solution and ensuring proper utilization of native cloud technologies, Deutsche Bank standards, and transaction processing capabilities. Your role will include specification, architectural design, and development, as well as the testing and rollout of new features. You are expected to understand our product roadmap, integrate business value with experience, and build an engineering culture within the team. We expect the successful candidate to deliver high quality software and to be passionate about software engineering. You must have a strong, proficient understanding of software development concepts. You will also be responsible for developing easy to support software and liaise with our SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team to factor in their requirements.

Your key responsibilities

Your skills and experience

Skills You'll Need

Strong knowledge/experience of building test automation and performance testing frameworks Good understanding of document management, ability to write detailed acceptance criteria Ability to decompose acceptance criteria into detailed test cases using decision tree Strong knowledge of Javascript, , Selenium/playwright, Postman, SQL, SDLC tools like JIRA, HP ALM, Teamcity, Visual studio code, working with Rest APIs Google cloud knowledge/certification would be a plus Knowledge on performance testing/performance testing will be preferable Manage SIT, work with business on UAT and own regression & performance testing ahead of every release Experience of working within Agile frameworks is essential as are strong communication skills and teamwork
