Job Title: Regulatory Business Advisory Analyst

Experience:1-3 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Mumbai

JD:

Responsibilities:

·To have through understanding of KYCand AML regulatory framework and reflect that into day to day advisory, duediligence and performing control programs;

·To develop and ensure compliance onlocal KYC policies, based on the KYC Policy - DB Group and further localregulatory requirements;

·Advisory to business on mattersconcerning to KYC Policy DB Group,divisional KYC policies and local regulatory requirements, and providerespective sign-offs;

·Perform enhance due diligence on newand existing clients escalated to AML Compliance as per policy framework andprovide required guidance / sign offs / escalate as per escalation matrix.

·Track and follow up with conditionsimposed on certain client relationships

·Follow up with business on thestatus of Regular and Event Driven Reviews and obtain relevant information onthe status of Regular and Event Driven Reviews;

·Perform controls including thoseunder the Global AML Controls Program and perform quality assurance checks onAML/KYC processes and controls across business divisions and entities.

·Liaise with respective stakeholders/ client on-boarding teams and ensure timely response to regulatory /investigating authorities queries concerning to KYC/AML Matters.

·Assist the Country AML Officer forcarrying out all the AML roles and responsibilities across DB India group asrequired from time to time.

·Ensure adherence to standards,procedures and identify risk mitigants wherever there is a control issue.

EssentialSkills:

·AML-related knowledge skills andexperience gained in a compliance role within a financial institution orregulator, preferably with expertise in India.

·Understanding of investment bankingand securities products and services.

·Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.

·Attention to detail.

·Performance orientation.

·Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.

·Ability to perform well underpressure.

·Ability to work independently and asa team.

Education /Qualifications Required:

·Degree qualified

·Relevant AML or relatedcertifications (desirable)
