Part-time Abacus Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct abacus training sessions for students both online and offline in Calicut and Kannur locations.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to facilitate effective learning.
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students to ensure their understanding and progress.
  • Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in abacus training methodologies and techniques.
  • Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in abacus training.
  • Proficiency in both online and offline teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred.
