**Position : Purchase Executive
- Back Office**
Location: Ahmedabad
6 Day Working
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Source, select, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best terms and conditions for procurement deals.
Evaluate supplier performance, quality, and reliability to ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
Analyze market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contract details.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly and effectively.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in procurement.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree Or B.Com in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing procurement data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
Salary:
₹7, ₹16,000.00 per month
