The E-Commerce Executive Team Lead (Content) plays a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the content team's activities to ensure the effective implementation of content and administrative strategies.

This position involves overseeing a team of content creators, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring that all content meets brand standards and audience expectations.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in e-commerce content creation, strong leadership abilities, and a flair for storytelling.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Listing Creation/Product Listing - Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content on the e-commerce platform.
  • Attention to detail, proofreading, and editing content prior to publication.
  • Keyword Tracking - Utilizing keyword tracking to monitor rankings and organic visibility.
  • Implementing SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines.
  • Efficiently working with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
  • Proficient computer skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Assigning and overseeing tasks to ensure team objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborating closely with the creative team to create visually appealing content
  • Fostering clear communication and cooperation between the content team and other departments.
  • Possessing relevant experience in the e-commerce industry.

Timings:

  • Monday to Friday
12:30 PM - 9:30 PM (April-October)

1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (November-March)

  • Saturday
10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (alternate Saturdays off)

Package:

  • Salary Range: INR 3-5.5 LPA
