Budget Management:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's sales budget in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Monitor and track expenses related to sales activities, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on budget performance to management.

Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales team personnel, including contact information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for sales staff, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HRrelated matters, collaborating with the HR department as needed.

CBO Software Expertise:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CBO software, utilizing its features to streamline sales administration processes.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on the use of CBO software, ensuring optimal utilization of available tools and resources.
4.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales volume, and market share.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales management.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency

Pay:
From ₹35,000.00 per month
