  • As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading a Product Design (Industrial) portfolio
- spanning across diverse industry verticals. The role involves listening to clients and understanding
- their needs before making design decisions. Every project entails empathetical understanding of
- users, the inventive exploration of form and function with passion for the interactions between the
- user and the product or system. You should have a creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry
- software and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.

  • Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead Product design activities across the teams, ensuring design quality, project timeliness,
deliverables, and prioritizing work/resources while guiding and mentoring team members.- Understand and guide, clients and team members through the design process, taking them

on the journey as we translate needs into opportunities and solutions.- Brainstorming the initial design ideas with team for the product which will be used for

making early prototype concepts.- Collaborate with other domain experts such as mechanical engineers, Electronics

engineers, Project manager and manufacturers to ascertain whether their design proposals
- meet the needs at an affordable price.
  • Work with vendors as needed to facilitate the design process and support fabrication and
testing.- Present designs to clients/internal team and make changes or modifications if required.

  • Identify the appropriate materials and production processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest addition of systems/processes to increase
quality, efficiency and to save costs.- Mentor the creative team and ensure projects are delivered on time, while maintaining

quality.

  • Mandatory Requirements
  • Must have delivered at least 30 EndtoEnd Design Projects
  • Experience of leading a design team and working in a creative product design agency
  • Knowledge of certifications and IP
Skills Required- Good communication skills

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple clients, get their requirements, prepare budgets and
realistic timelines- Ability to communicate with client and team, taking timely follow-up and making & sharing

progress reports and updates- Proficiency in Rhino, Solidworks, Keyshot, Fusion360 etc.

  • Ability to make decent sketches and generate concepts as well as foam/thermocol mock
ups

  • Thorough understanding of materials, linear and nonlinear behavior of materials, fatigue
and corrosion

  • Up to date with current global trends in product/industrial design and development
