We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofBusiness Performance and Planning Analyst
In this role, you will:
Financial Control - Customer Charges, direct cost, forecasting, accruals, invoicing, and Purchase OrdersPrepare high quality MIS and ad hoc reports to meet the requirements of the businessCarry out month-end close activities, review and preparation of accruals, preparing and submitting journalsMonthly reconciliation of the Market Data.
Participate in design of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative MIResource Management – including headcount tracking, reporting, Org design, and analysisTravel & Entertainment analysisVendor management support – third party contract support.
Ad hoc requests and analysis as required/requested.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:Educated to graduate level (or equivalent level of experience)Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling) and report productionPrior Finance Business Partnering, Cost Management, or Cost Transformation experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlinesStakeholder Management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholdersAbility to deliver on time and at a consistent professional levelExperience within Financial servicesAbility to work alone or as part of a team, as requiredAnalytical analysis, data mining and scenario modelling experienceEffective presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
