Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients to the center and make them feel comfortable.
  • Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up session booking, cancellation, send session reminders.
  • Manage calendar of all clients.
  • Collect payment and management of billing.
  • Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on clients needs and requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1 Year Work experience as a receptionist.
  • Tele caller experience give an advantage.
  • Smart and energetic.
- great interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Good time management abilities.

Salary:
₹15,000.00 per month
