Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of interview materials and interview questions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
