Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of interview materials and interview questions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
Pay:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
