If you are interested in being a part of a diverse, flexible, and forward-looking company, then keep on reading.We are currently in need of a Helpdesk Associate to join our squad in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical support role & 12 months on the current grade
  • Working Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows 7 & 10
  • Ability to recognize and troubleshoot issues related to System Configuration, Software & COTS applications
  • Familiarity with the MS Office suite & Skype for business
  • Basic understanding of ITIL practices in Incident Management, Request Management & Problem Management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, resolve issues, and apply corrective actions when users face difficulties while following Level 1 Customer directives
  • Address Incidents and Problems linked to End User Devices and Software, offering support, advice, and aid to Authorized Users
  • Contact users via phone to schedule remote session calls and coordinate with onsite assistance, if necessary
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and 3 Support teams and onsite vendors to Rectify Problems and Service Requests
  • Update ITSM Tool fields post the successful resolution of Incidents
  • Utilize Provider's remote tool for remote takeover sessions
  • Seek end-user approval for remote system takeover in support of incident resolution or request fulfillment
  • Escalate recurring issues to the relevant service organization for root cause analysis and resolution
