Principal Responsibilities:
Toachieve targeted sales revenue
To increase the coverageof defined territory
To do retailing every day (40 O/Lper day)
To take Primary orders from Distributors as percompany plans & enter in the system.
To ensurerequired finance (RTGS/NEFT) as per primary order and dispatchplan.
To implement schemes effectively as per companyregulations.
To ensure preparation &reconciliation of secondary claims and replacement claims on amonthly
basis.
To ensure all the requiredrecords are maintained at the distributors end.
Tosubmit reports on time to the reporting manager.
Toconduct brand promotional activities (wet sampling) as and whenrequired

Senior &Subordinate team Knowledge Skills Experience and Behaviors:

Education:
Minimum Graduate

Experience:
Minimum 1 2Years from relevant industry

Knowledge:
local geographyspices FMCG FMCD

Skills:
Communication local &Hindi/English Basic computer knowledge

Behavior:
proactive positive attitude
