Job Title: Standards and Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Clinical Data Standards (CDISC) and statistical programming to enhance efficiency in Respiratory and Immunology projects.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Corporate and Therapy Area tools, ensuring adherence to standards during project execution.
  • Provide strategic input for the development, maintenance, and oversight of clinical data standards and tools.
  • Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at cross-functional collaboration and process enhancement.
  • Develop standardized methodologies to optimize quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the Standards and Automation function.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical drug development processes, including knowledge of regulatory submission requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in advanced SAS programming.
  • Track record of leading departmental initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of Clinical data flow and development processes.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions regarding data flow.
  • Background in working within Respiratory or Immunology therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as S-PLUS, R, Python, XML, etc.
