Responsibilities:

Create detailed interior design drawings and plans using AutoCAD software, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to accurately represent design concepts in drawings.

Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company-specific drafting guidelines.

Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate effective communication and project coordination with cross-functional teams.

Ensure that all fit-out drawings and plans adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Stay informed about the latest AutoCAD software features and industry trends in interior design and drafting.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Interior Draughtsman or a similar role, preferably within the Middle East region.

Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with a strong ability to create precise and detailed drawings.

In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.

Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
