Job Description:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients using WorkFusion software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software installation, configuration, and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Analyze and diagnose software defects, documenting steps to reproduce and providing timely resolutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of WorkFusion solutions, ensuring smooth integration with client systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of WorkFusion products.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal development teams, advocating for customer needs and requirements.
  • Stay updated on WorkFusion product releases, features, and enhancements, and communicate relevant information to clients.
  • Document support processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external use.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and service quality through proactive support measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in providing technical support for enterprise software solutions, preferably WorkFusion. with proficiency in Java,Workfusion 10X, Open Development Framework.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Workfusion's suite of products, including Workfusion Studio, Intelligent Automation Cloud, and Control Tower.
  • Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) concepts and methodologies.
  • Good Knowledge of surface automation using WF liabraries,API consumption, Manual tasks, Datastores, Schedulers, Secret vault, Category.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex automation solutions.
  • Certification in Workfusion products (e.g., Workfusion RPA Specialist , Workfusion MLE ) is a plus.
