The role:
_

  • We're looking for a seasoned Visual Designer with Video Editing skills to join our team and elevate the visual appeal of our products and services to impress and captivate customers. You'll be responsible for creating, reviewing, and enhancing visual and video content for our digital platforms, as well as developing and implementing design strategies. In this role, you'll collaborate with other teams, including the founders, to help envision the future of our brand aesthetics and contribute to our company's growth.
  • What you'll be doing:_
  • You'll be the guardian of visual integrity and will ensure the graphics and videos we produce meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. You will work with the team to plan, create, and revise compelling visual designs and video content.
  • You'll use your creative and analytical skills to develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and video editing workflows. You will also participate in the development of automation scripts for routine design tasks, identify areas for improvement in design processes, and help implement best practices to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness.
  • You'll maintain a deep understanding of our brand, its values, and visual identity, and use this knowledge to ensure that all designs and videos are aligned with our brand guidelines and communication strategy. Additionally, you'll be responsible for logging and tracking revisions and changes effectively, ensuring all design elements and video content are uptodate and of topnotch quality.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience designing graphics and editing videos for a variety of digital platforms.
  • Are proficient in using Figma / Illustrator / Final Cut Pro / After Effects, including creating impactful videos and identifying potential areas for design and editing improvement.
  • Have a good understanding of design principles and should have worked on various design projects before.
  • Have experience in creating and editing video content for a variety of audiences.
  • Are able to design comfortably with vector and raster graphics since most of the design assets used at our company are created in these formats.
  • Are able to think like our users, it is critical to providing an engaging visual experience to them.
  • Can set up a visual design and video editing framework: Build and implement a visual design and video editing framework to ensure that the designs and videos are visually engaging and communicate effectively. This includes selecting the appropriate design tools, developing design concepts, and streamlining the design and video editing processes."
