Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships throughout their wedding planning journey.

Communicate with couples, understanding their unique vision, preferences, and requirements to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

Collaborate with our team of talented photographers, videographers, and other professionals to coordinate wedding day logistics, ensuring smooth operations and capturing the essence of each couple's love story.

Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback from clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Assist with planning and organizing various wedding-related events, including consultations, pre-wedding shoots, and post-wedding reviews.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs to nurture client relationships and drive customer retention.

Qualifications:

Passion for weddings and a genuine interest in the emotions and experiences associated with this special occasion.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and engage with diverse couples and team members.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and maintain professional relationships.
