About the Role:

As a Design Generalist at Popular Foods, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various marketing channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling designs that enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating Marketing Plan:
• Develop visually appealing and cohesive marketing collateral for both online and offline channels, aligning with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
• Design Tools Proficiency:
• Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Inkscape, and others to create high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns and materials.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for social media posts and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Craft visually appealing layouts for digital assets such as social media banners, cover photos, and profile pictures using tools like Canva.
• Performance Marketing:
• Create visually appealing display ads, banners, and other promotional materials for online advertising campaigns, optimizing designs for maximum impact and conversion.
• Marketing:
• Design professional and engaging posts, articles, and graphics to enhance brand presence and thought leadership in the industry.
• Offline Marketing Strategies:
• Develop visually compelling print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging designs, adhering to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the events team to create visually appealing booth designs, signage, and promotional materials for offline marketing events and activations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and operations to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a design generalist with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in various design disciplines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Inkscape, Canva, and others.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Sketch, Inkscape, Affinity Designer, GIMP, CorelDRAW, Figma, Procreate
