What will you doThe

SAP Security and GRC Lead

is responsible for leading SAP Security and GRC application and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional, technical and governance team members to drive SAP Security for ECC, S/4, HANA, CRM, SRM, MDG, Portal, BODS, BI and Solman.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the product offerings to identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist operational execution.
• Lead resources in SAP Security; establishing, maintaining, and executing a strategic roadmap for SAP Security for ECC, S/4, Fiori, HANA, MDG and Portal; driving and justifying new functionality and upgrades.
• You will leverage experience in SAP Security to support end-to-end project implementations, testing support, and compliance activities.
• Additionally, your expertise in GxP regulations and pharmaceutical requirements will enable you to design solutions that meet regulatory compliance standards.

SAP Security Implementation:

Support end-to-end SAP Security project implementations, including security design, role development, testing support, cut-over preparation, and hyper care activities, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP.

• Role-based

Access Controls:

Design and develop SAP security roles and role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure proper user access and segregation of duties.

SAP GRC Components:

Implement and support GRC AC, Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis (ARA), and Emergency Access Management (EAM) components and GRC Process Control (PC) configuration and controls build.

• As a SAP Security team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of SAP systems, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP and Global SAP ECC and Portal systems and their components.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, analyze risks, and propose solutions to remediate or mitigate SOD violations.

Compliance with GxP Regulations:
Apply a comprehensive understanding of GxP regulations, including pharmaceutical requirements outlined in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration CFR Title 21, to ensure solutions meet compliance standards for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Risk Assessments:
Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify security gaps and recommend appropriate controls and mitigations.

Audit Support:

Support IT General Controls and SOX audit and compliance activities, including providing necessary documentation and evidence related to SAP Security.

Security Reporting and Analysis:
Create and provide SAP Security reports as needed, such as SOX and Global consumer audit reporting.

• Perform system analysis of SAP systems to assess impacts on security design.
• SAP Project Methods and

Best Practices:

Apply in-depth process knowledge of SAP project methods and best practices to ensure effective implementation and adherence to security standards.

• Work closely with governance, functional and technical teams to execute & improve Security and GRC offerings.
• Support product owner for Security tools and manage sprints, backlogs.
• Serve as expert for operational execution, questions, support & troubleshooting, leading and participating in delivery of Projects and Minor/Major releases and reviewing and approving all system related tickets to ensure correct priority, due dates, category, etc.
• Responsible for the analysis, design, customization, and operations of SAP Security implementations. Not only the pure technical usage, also implementing the Security for latest SAP cloud application solutions.
• Work close with multiple SAP Security vendors and track the incidents and provide the day today activities.

What we are looking forRequired Qualifications

• Undergraduate with 8+ years of experience in configuring and managing SAP Security and GRC with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, ECC, HANA, CRM, SRM, MDG, Portal, BODS, BI, Solman and GRC AC and PC systems and their components.
• Experience supporting ITGC and SOX audit and compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of SAP application security implementation methodologies, role development, Security administration, and role-based access controls.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GxP regulations.
• Proficiency in GRC AC rule sets and Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts.
• Ability to generate and provide SAP Security reports, such as SOX and audit reporting.
• In-depth understanding of SAP project methods and best practices
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform system analysis and risk assessments.
• Should have experience in deploying focused build for ECC, S/4, BTP implementation.
