Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a skilled Speech Therapist who will be responsible for delivering effective speech therapy interventions and collaborating closely with other members of our multidisciplinary clinical team. This role is based in Pitampura, New Delhi and offers a full-time position with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored therapy sessions to individuals following established therapy protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and prepare detailed assessment reports.
  • Develop customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Plan, organize, and implement activities designed to enhance each child's speech and language abilities, taking into account their individual strengths and challenges.
  • Implement IEPs effectively, regularly assessing the child's performance and tracking their progress over time.
  • Continuously update and revise IEPs as needed to reflect the child's evolving skills and objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with the program coordinator to discuss each child's progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to their therapy plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid certification/license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, as well as therapeutic interventions and strategies.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in the field, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Experience working with children with speech and language disorders is highly desirable.
