We are currently seeking for talented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and set appointments for further processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services.
  • Follow a script to introduce our company and its offerings.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for further processing.
  • Provide information to customers about our services.
  • Update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak confidently and persuasively.
  • Good timemanagement and organizational skills.
