The founders of the GBL are Ach Adhvaryu - Professor of Economics, Director of 21st Century India Center, School of Global Policy and Strategy at UC San Diego, Anant Ahuja - Head of Organization Development at Shahi Exports Pvt.
(India's largest Ready Made Garment firm), and Anant Nyshadham - Assistant Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
Role Summary
To ensure the smooth implementation of all projects and related work, by meeting the administration needs of a growing organization, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO and Founders.
In the long run, this role has the potential to grow into a team of admin support to other leaders and teams.
You will be a part of a rapidly growing team of smart, purpose-driven, and motivated people, which will give you a chance to try new things, take initiative, make mistakes, and grow.
Who are you?
Ideally, you have:
- 2+ years of executive assistant experience supporting highlevel executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage calendars across time zones (India, EST, PST)
- The ability to multitask and prioritize
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work outside of strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide the highest quality service
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with taking initiative and ownership, especially in ambiguous situations
Bonus:
- Diploma or other qualification in administration
What will you do?
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and other Founders, such as organizing meetings and managing their calendars. This will include timely and extensive calendaring, scheduling meetings & communicating with internal and external stakeholders, knowing what needs to be prioritized, proactively changing appointments to best leverage executives' times, and acting as a gatekeeper for meeting requests
- Support CEO and founders on coordination and documentation related to leadership reviews, and any recruitment where they are involved
- Coordinate travel including booking transportation, accommodations, and meals for the CEO and Founders, leadership, and other team members upon request
- Produce reports and presentations to support the CEO and other Founders where needed
- Provide administrative support to the organization where needed
- Coordinate with the People Ops, Finance and IT teams to manage GBL tech requirements: device management, account security, various subscriptions and accounts, payments
- Keep legal templates updated and liaise with our legal team to create new templates. Support managers use these templates and keep a central register of signed official documents
- Assist the People Ops, Finance, and IT teams on other operational tasks as and when required
- Help plan events such as partner visits, interview days, occasional travel, and team gatherings
- Miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks
- Perform other related work as needed

At least one year

Remuneration lacs p.a. (depending on experience)
