Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely across all business segments and functions to develop a cohesive digital product and technology strategy. This strategy will serve as the bedrock for product-led transformation and the integration of a digital stack within our Supply Chain Analytics vertical, aiming for enhanced leverage, reusability, modularity, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements (Experience, Skills, and Qualifications)

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/MCA & MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems Management, accompanied by significant industry experience.

Technical Skills Requirements:

7 to 9 years of overall IT experience.

Proficiency in RDBMS Databases, particularly Azure MS SQL DB.

Extensive experience in Data Transformation, Data Ingestion, and Data Processing.

Competence in Data Transformation using PySpark or Azure Data Factory.

Familiarity with NO-SQL, SQL databases.

Experience with Event Grid/Event Hub, Kafka, and Apache Spark.

Strong command of Azure Data Brick and Azure Data Lake.

Working knowledge of NO-SQL DB.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure SQL DB.

Preferable experience with Azure Data Factory.

Competence in Data Visualization BI tools such as Power BI.

Sound expertise in database design and Data Modelling.

Proficient in Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Analytical/Decision-Making Responsibilities:

Ability to grasp complex concepts swiftly and employ technology for data modeling, analysis, visualization, or process automation.

Aptitude for selecting and utilizing applicable standards, methods, tools, and applications effectively.

Capability to work both collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team structure and independently.

Demonstrated analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.

Fluent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Skill in planning, scheduling, and monitoring work activities to meet time and quality targets.

Capacity to swiftly assimilate new technical information and business insights and apply them adeptly.

Ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer focus, along with adept listening, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills.
