Academic Counselor Job Overview


In the Academic Counselor role, you will handle the enrollment process of the various courses offered by the Institution to the students.

A key element of this position is the ability to understand the requirements of the students and counsel them accordingly so that they feel interested for our Courses.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by improving the number of enrollment in various courses and continuation of the Course by the students.


Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Advise students/parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions.
  • Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.
  • Create the need for Smart Learning and advise studentparent to buy SAVERA Courses as solution.
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
  • Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.

Qualificatons Required

  • Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of work experience as Academic Counselor
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good decisionmaking skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary:
₹8, ₹14,000.00 per month
