We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands the world of social media algorithms and goes beyond it to churn out quality content.


What do we need from you?

  • An eye & a mind that finds content ideas everywhere.
  • Create a content strategy for social media that maintains a fine balance between what works for the audience and the agency.
  • Cliché, but someone who thinks outside the box. For real.
  • Understand the pulse of the market and trends to execute it in the agency's favor.
  • Understand the algorithm and figure out trends and practices of posting across platforms.
  • Be social media savvy explore new opportunities in the social media market. Figure out relevancy with the agency for the same.
  • An eye for detail from being pixelperfect to being a grammar Nazi, keep a check on the quality of content delivered to be posted.
  • Be in touch with the community interact with them through replies & DMs whenever needed across platforms.
  • Indepth understanding of paid social media marketing and how the money flows through marketing funnels for the best possible results.
  • Analyze the performance of each post and create reports on the same. Monitor the engagement on each post and make notes.
  • Team player because you will need to work across teams in collaboration.
  • Be able to follow the ticktock of deadlines & get them followed by others.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Literature/Communication, Journalism, or Advertising because degrees do matter.
  • 1 year of professional experience in the field of social media marketing.
