Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized or private AI and GenAI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.

Collaborate with the project teams, Insights team, data scientists, software engineers, product managers and end clients to bring AI solutions from concept to production.

Evaluate and optimize model accuracy and performance, addressing issues like hallucinations and drift.
Develop and maintain robust documentation for AI models and pipelines including revisions and versions.

Follow best practices in software design and development to make the product extensible, secure, reliable (high availability), fast (low response time) and high performance.

Stay up to date on the latest advancements in Generative AI and Deep Learning.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Communicate and explain the underlying science and technology behind the algorithms, models and features of our platform/solutions.
Participate in product ideation and brainstorming sessions with internal team and clients

Support other company projects such as the implementation of the company website, blogs, web properties, social media outreach efforts, enhancement of existing services and development of new services.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and deploying AI models.
Proficiency in Python programming with strong experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas and scikit-learn.
In-depth understanding of Generative AI concepts, including models like GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
Experience with training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
Familiarity with concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other relevant techniques.
Experience with MLOps, hosting and managing model versions and training data.
Familiarity with ETL(Extract Transform Load) data pipeline.
Familiarity with data pipeline frameworks to programmatically author, schedule, and monitor data pipelines and workflow.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.

Bonus Points
Experience working with clients in the US.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience in consumer or market research with focus on CPG/FMCG and HealthCare.
Open-source contributions or personal projects showcasing your AI expertise.
