Job Description

RIBATIS , Opérateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche à #Recruter en #FREELANCE un #SPECIALISTE #UX & #ERGONOMIE #LOGICIEL

- Missions :

· Réaliser en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et chefs de projets des études qualitatives permettant de tester la réaction d'utilisateurs internes ou externes face à leur expérience sur des produits existants ou en développement ;

· Constituer, si besoin, des cahiers des charges à destination de prestataires chargés d'étudier les comportements et les perceptions des clients : définir les cibles à approcher, les attendus de l'enquête, les modes et délais de restitution ... ;

· Animer les enquêtes terrains ou les contrôler lorsqu'ils sont sous-traités ;

· Analyser les données collectées sous l'angle des attentes clients, des éléments de satisfaction, d'insatisfactions liées à des expériences vécues ou testées ;

· Assurer des benchmarks et réaliser de la veille concurrentielle pour mettre en avant de bonnes pratiques et étudier les processus et expériences utilisateurs développés par la concurrence ;

· Analyser les remontées faites sur Internet , notamment par les clients et les assurer sur les services rendus, leur efficacité, leur qualité ... ;

· Réaliser, en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et chefs de projets, les maquettes de l'interface virtuelle (wireframe) pour structurer l'information des produits ;

· Concevoir et prototyper les écrans des solutions fonctionnelles et parcours utilisateurs répondant au mieux aux attentes des clients en termes de fluidité, simplicité et facilité d'accès quels que soient les types de support (ordinateurs, tablettes, portables...), et de canaux de communication/distribution (Téléphone, Internet, Points physiques, ...) ;

· Former les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques sur les standard mondiaux et pratiques internes garantissant le développement de produits logiciels appréciés par les utilisateurs ;

· Définir des indicateurs de performance qualité (Questionnaire de satisfaction entre autres, Customer feed-back, ...) et commerciale (Analyse de flux en lien avec les « Trafic managers » par exemple).

Profil

- Formation initiale : BAC+3/BAC+5 en IT, Spécialité UX/Design

- Expérience : Entre 1 et 3 années d'expérience probante dans unposte équivalent.

- Savoir-être : Une personne

· Créative/Innovante ;

· Sait écouter/analyser/concevoir ;

· Organisée.

- Savoir-faire : Une personne qui sait

· Maîtriser l'information architecture & interaction design ;

· Maîtriser le web marketing & la stratégie de communication digitale ;

· Maîtriser les outils de maquettage & de création graphique.
