Hi,

We are hiring for the profile of O2C Collections in Pune for a Leading ITES Client. Please go through the Job Description and Share CV's

O2C Collections in the Subject Line (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Key Deliverables:

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

Investigate historical data for each debt or bill

Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments

Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

Process payments and refunds

Resolve billing and customer credit issues

Update account status records and collection efforts

Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

GetPaid/ CMS tool knowledge will be a added advantage

Note:
Apart from the attached JD below is mandatory:

  • Good communication skills is absolutely important.
