Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

In your new role as"Factory Finance Controller" you will be responsible for:

·In thisposition you'll prepare close estimate templates, participate in monthly closereview calls, perform deviation analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterlyclose summaries.

·As a keyrequirement, you will design BRM / OP CO / JFtemplates for forecasting and support forecast consolidation tasks inpreparation for BU forecast review calls.

·Responsible forefficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting process

·Preparation ofRegulative & ensuring timely updation of rates in SAP

·Working of KDFFactor

·Monitoring ofFixed Assets- C-WIP review

·Forecasting& Monitoring of Working Capital

·Ensuringeffective & timely closure of Cost Audit

·Challenging thestakeholders at every point is the key

·Costcontrolling for various functional costs including but not limited to –SG&A, COGS, Order controlling, People cost etc.

·QuarterlyReporting to controlling team (for example - Schedule VI, factory Reporting)Preparing Qty report, Output.

·Coordinatingexternal/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processesadherence, transfer pricing audits etc

·Managing andpreparing key reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis

·Ensuring aclean balance sheet with thorough review and regular cleanup

·Drive thedigitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process &productivity improvement.

·Leading specialprojects from time to time.

·Owner of SAPand other re-org related changes

·Ensurecompliance to all internal / external rules & regulations like ICFR, SFRG,Tax, ECC, hedging etc.

·Ensuring timelycompletion of closing activities (U+2/ U-2)

·You are aBachelors' in Commerce or Business Management with 6 to 8 years of experienceOR MBA/CA/ICWA with 3-6 years of experience

·You have goodunderstanding of accounting topics with exposure to Financial Planning,Budgeting etc.

·Strongexperience in Finance & Controlling

·Good Analyticaland Communication & Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.

·You are readyto explore new tools/horizons, innovate and act as a business enabler.

·You possesspositive attitude and never give up in the face of adversity.

·Excellent MSOffice (excel & power point) skills.
