This is a remote position within an active construction environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with client hiring managers to understand and discuss technical recruiting requirements and opportunities.
  • Develop a strong base of candidates through regular outreach (phone, face-to-face)
  • Recruit through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media outlets, networking within the team, and identifying new and creative means to source and attract local potential talent
  • Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Engage regularly with hiring managers to uncover proactive job orders and educate the local team on TRS fields of expertise
  • Partner with on-site hiring managers to identify and source qualified applicants for open positions, coordinate interviews, and solicit timely candidate feedback
  • Participate with the hiring team to make employment recommendations based on information developed through resumes, interviews, and reference checks
  • Assist in hiring process by coordinating job board postings, reviewing resumes, performing interviews, soliciting feedback, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Assist in other recruiting and selection activities such as administration, contact and negotiation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years agency recruitment experience, ideally within Software engineering
  • Aptitude with a variety of tools including Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.
