**Responsibilities:**
- Be the initial point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and communication.
- Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls regularly with potential students.
- Analyze student profiles and learning challenges to emphasize the importance of effective learning methods and advocate for OpenCV course offerings during structured counseling sessions.
- Identify references from the existing student base to expand the sales pipeline.
- Exceed the weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Manage objections and negotiate prices to drive Sales Revenue.
- Develop and maintain a database of all prospects and their contacts.
- Enhance Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to surpass Sales targets.

**Must-have qualities:**
1) Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
2) Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic demeanor with strong negotiation abilities.
3) Outstanding interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
4) Ability to approach situations with patience and high empathy.
5) Consistent track record of meeting targets in previous roles.
6) Previous experience in selling professional courses.
7) Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.

**Qualifications and Experience:**
1) Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
2) At least 2 years of experience in sales of professional courses.
