Responsibilities and Duties
*Roles and Responsibilities:

1.) Conducts classroom training on logistics/SCM as per Activity Cum Lesson Plan (ACLP) and/or on the job training, mentoring and managing students.

2.) Presents in-person and group sessions.
3.) Works closely with Centre Manager to address skill & productivity aspects of students, instruction problems, or new educational needs.
Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods.
4.) Completes documentation of placed students.
5.) Plans the implementation and facilitation of activities and events for students.
6.) Conducts mobilization activities/drives from time to time.

Required Experience and Qualifications
2years experience (3 years for non B.Tech graduates) in logistics/SCM.

Knowledge and Skill sets / Competencies:
Effective communication, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation and client-servicing skills.
Proficient in designing training modules and should have knowledge in technology based training methods.
Ability to work well in teams and liason with departments, vendors and other stake holders.
Personal initiative and ability to work independently, focus on priorities, monitor and evaluate progress and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach.
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
