Join our team as a Siting Engineer and play a vital role in technical Wind and Site evaluation for Wind Power Plants. You will be responsible for identifying technical risks, creating innovative solutions, and adding value to projects.

This is your chance to work with a global leader offering specialized training and technology in a flexible work environment. Support our sales team in providing Wind & Site support during the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning, delegate tasks, and set deadlines
  • Drive employee engagement and motivation
  • Assess performance and establish development goals
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders
  • Review proposals for process enhancements
  • Support team members and identify training needs
  • Handle critical projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • + years of experience in Siting/wind resource assessment
  • 2+ years of team growth experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering
  • Proficient in English, experience with industry software
  • Passion for wind and related technologies
