Experience Required:


15+ years in manufacturing with at least 10 years in solar panel manufacturing with leadership role with managing 500+ employees.


Job Summary:
The Plant Head is responsible for overseeing all operations of a 2.4 GW capacity solar module manufacturing plant. This includes managing production, maintenance, quality, operations, logistics, supply chain management, accounts, HR, and projects. The Plant Head will lead departmental heads and general managers, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all departments.

This role demands a strategic leader with strong experience in solar panel manufacturing, capable of refining processes and optimizing plant performance.

Leadership and Management:

Strategic Direction:
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve overall plant performance. Set clear goals and objectives for all departments.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor departmental heads and GMs, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring:
Regularly review departmental performance against set objectives, and provide feedback and support as necessary.2.

Production and Operations:

Process Optimization:
Ensure all production processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and output. Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.

Capacity Planning:
Oversee capacity planning to ensure the plant meets production targets. Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand.

Resource Management:
Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to ensure efficient production operations.3.

Maintenance and Quality Control:

Maintenance Programs:
Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Quality Assurance:
Establish stringent quality control processes to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
