v In-process checks in manufacturing and packing area for manufacturing & review of process documents stage-wise.

v To perform the IPQA related activity in SAP

v Performing in process checks (IPQA), Filling, sealing, visual inspection and its packing activity.

v Line Clearance

v Line clearance Manufacturing & Packing areas.

v In _process checks_:
_ - Friability, weight variation, thickness of tablets, checking of RH & temperature of area.

v In process in packing:

  • Leak test, visual inspection of packing line, sealing testing, RH.
