Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce real estate services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport, provide service information, and promote offerings.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings for prospective clients with the sales team.
- Followup: Maintain client interest and convert leads into appointments.
- Database Management: Ensure accurate records of client interactions.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights on market trends and generate activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to engage and inform clients.
- Sales Skills: Persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads.
- Customer Service Orientation: Focus on providing exceptional service.
- Persistence: Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding preferred but not mandatory.
Education and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous telemarketing or sales experience, real estate familiarity preferred.
