Weare looking for a detailoriented Batching PlantInspector to oversee the quality safety and efficiency ofconcrete batching operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidatewill ensure compliance with quality standards and industryregulations while identifying and resolving operational issues inrealtime. You will collaborate closely with production teams andmanagement to uphold high standards of quality assurance andoperational efficiency.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Monitorthe batching process to ensure compliance with quality standardsproject specifications and industryregulations.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of batching plants checking forequipment functionality material integrity and processconsistency.
  
• Overseethe sampling and testing of materials used in batching operationsensuring adherence to qualitybenchmarks.
  
• Document inspection findings and generate reports for managementreview recommending corrective actions wherenecessary.
  
• Verify that all batching activities adhere to safety environmentaland quality controlstandards.
  
• Identify operational issues during inspections and work with plantpersonnel to resolve thempromptly.
  
• Assist in the training of plant staff on quality control measuressafety protocols and operationalstandards.
  
• Suggest process improvements to enhance plant efficiency reducewaste and increasesafety.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering Quality Control or a relatedfield.
  
• Atleast 5 years of experience in concrete batching or quality controlideally within the constructionindustry.
  
• ACI(American Concrete Institute) Certification or similarqualification ispreferred.
  
• Strongunderstanding of batching plant operations equipment and materialtesting.
  
• Familiaritywith ISO quality standards and industryregulations.
  
• Strongproblemsolving skills to identify and resolve qualityissues.
  
• Effectivecommunication with management production teams and externalstakeholders.
  
• Abilityto handle multiple inspections reports and compliance checksefficiently.
  
• Keeneye for spotting inconsistencies in material quality andoperationalprocesses.
