  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications and websites.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and design patterns.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in web development, with a strong focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries.
  • Extensive experience with server-side programming languages and frameworks such as , Python, PHP, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Deep understanding of web architecture, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading web development projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, etc.
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
