Job Description

  • Responsibility for sales in defined territory for Accessories Business Unit through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
  • Turnover and margin responsibility
  • Optimization in product mix
  • Support of dealers in B2B/ dealer portal
  • New product launch and development
  • Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing
  • Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers
  • Information gathering about competitors & market trends
  • Appointment of new exclusive Accessories channel partner
  • Supporting activities to create demand for the product range
  • Placement of Product in primary and secondary channel
  • Enhance the quality of existing channel partners
  • Identify opportunities to spread the reach
  • Digital tool usage to improve business results
  • Collaborate across BU team of power tools and Bosch to create opportunities of sales
Qualifications

Engineer + MBA

Additional Information

  • Experience in trade sales – minimum 6-8 years2. Understanding of market, product or allied products3.Working knowledge of distribution business4.Excellent communication skills/ conversant with local language as required5.Negotiation skills
