Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Interior Site Supervisor at Manoj Singhal & Associates in Siliguri.

The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards, tracking project progress, and coordinating with the design team and clients.

The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Requirements/Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision and project management Bachelors or diploma degree or certification in interior designing or related field Knowledge of construction methods and materials Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
