Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

  • Make high volume outbound calls to international clients/customers.
  • Introduce and promote company products/services to potential clients.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Sales Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team for improving products/services.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
-
Experience:
  • Proven experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in international sales/customer service is a plus.
-
Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
